The IAMSE Board of Directors (BOD) has completed a thorough review of the IAMSE BYLAWS. Proposed changes to the BYLAWS, recommended by the BOD to better reflect our organization structure and function, are posted on the IAMSE Website here. The layout presents the old BYLAWS juxtaposed to the newly proposed document. Specific major changes are highlighted below.

This information will remain posted throughout the month of February, and on March 1st an electronic ballot will be activated. At that time, IAMSE members in good standing will be invited to vote on the bylaws changes as well as select four (4) of the candidates for the position of Director. You received information regarding the posted slate of candidates in late January.

The membership needs to vote to approve or reject these changes in order for us to move forward with structural and functional operations. Please take a few minutes to review the changes. Your vote is very important so we urge you to take part in these elections.

Thank you
Rick Vari, PhD
President, IAMSE
